रॉक-ऑन!! ४ दोस्तों की कहानी है जो एक बहुत ही अच्छा रॉक बैंड शुरू करते हैं, लेकिन कई कारणों की वजह से आगे नहीं बढ़ पाते। कई सालों बाद किस्मत उन्हें वापस मिलाती है। और फिर शुरू होता उनका एक सफर, उसी जगह से जहाँ रुक गया था। एक ऐसा सफर जो उन्हें उस अधूरे सफर को पूरा करने का मौका देता है।
